This morning will bring another band of showers and thunderstorms from the east as the cutoff low (a weatherman's woe) finally moves ashore around San Diego. As the low tracks into Arizona, our weather should improve this afternoon...but not before we get as much as another 1 to 1-1/2 inches of rain.
